The Securit easel in teak is not a writing surface itself but the stand that holds one: its wider base carries a Securit chalkboard wider than 40 cm upright and steady, even in wind.
Typical applications: In front of cafés, restaurants and shops the stand carries daily specials, menus or opening hours and draws footfall to the entrance. The warm teak finish suits naturally styled façades and terrace areas particularly well.
Build: The frame is made from double-lacquered pinewood in a warm teak finish; compared with the other colour variants, the wider base gives extra stability against wind or uneven ground.
Adjustability: 3 positions cover the common display heights, keeping the board easy to read wherever it stands.
Handling: At around 3.4 kg and 74 cm wide, the easel is somewhat larger and heavier than the other colour variants in this range, but noticeably more tip-resistant. The chalkboard itself is not included and is chosen separately from the Securit® range.
More compact and adjustable across 4 positions instead of 3 are the versions in beech, black and mahogany.
