Crystal-clear bookend made of PLEXIGLAS® (acrylic glass) as a book support for light paperbacks and books on the shelf. The angled shape measuring W 6.5 × H 14.0 × D 14.0 cm stands a little taller than the small VA-240A (H 11 cm) while staying narrower than the book angle VA-240C (W 8.5 cm).
Material and dimensions: 2.0 mm PLEXIGLAS® with diamond-polished edges, crystal-clear and transparent. At just 40 g, the bookend is especially light and discreet, so the book takes centre stage rather than the support. PLEXIGLAS® offers around 92 % light transmission, is UV-stable and, unlike cheap acrylic, does not yellow even after years.
Typical applications: living-room and bedroom shelves, reading room and study, desk and sideboard. The medium height gives standard paperbacks a secure hold without the transparent support disturbing the look of the shelf.
Made of PLEXIGLAS® in Germany by VITAdisplays®. On request we supply the bookend in custom sizes or with individual printing in UV direct print. Clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaner, do not use abrasives or alcohol-based window cleaners.
