Standoff in Stainless Steel dia. 13 x 15 mm, Pack of 40, for Wall Mounting Indoors and Outdoors

A standoff in stainless steel AISI 304 for building and company signage. It carries glass signs as readily as printed panels and holds them at a defined distance from the wall.

This item in detail: This part measures 13 x 15 mm. The weight is 900 grams. It is supplied as a pack of 40, with the quantity stated in the title. Check these figures against your installation before ordering, because the parts in a range differ in exactly these points.

Material and finish: The visible parts are worked with a special milling technique that produces a faceted look. All visible components and the grub screw are highly corrosion-resistant — the sign still looks good after years outdoors.

What it suits: Surgery and law firm plates, company signs on facades, house numbers, indoor wayfinding. The gap to the wall makes the sign look lighter and casts a shadow that lifts the lettering.

Dimensions: dia. 13 x 15 mm — giving a wall gap of 15 mm. Material: Stainless steel.

How many holders you need: A sign usually takes four holders, one per corner. Narrow portrait formats manage with two, and on large panels from about a metre edge length you should plan an extra holder in the middle of the long side. So 40 pieces fit out around 10 signs.

On mounting: Drill the hole to suit the plug for your wall material — the holders themselves do not dictate a plug size. Plasterboard calls for cavity plugs, concrete takes a standard plug. Align the first holder with a spirit level; after that the sign itself carries the alignment across.

Scope of delivery: You receive 40 pieces. The price shown applies to the whole pack of 40, not to a single item.

How many do I need: A rectangular sign takes four holders, one per corner. Narrow portrait formats manage with two. From about one metre edge length, add one more in the middle so the panel does not sag. Mounting: The holder is screwed to the wall, the panel then placed on it and secured with the cover cap. The fixing depends on the wall material. Set the first holder with a spirit level and align the rest via the sign. Why stainless steel: The material does not rust and tolerates moisture, so the holder works outdoors as well as in wet rooms. The facetted surface is milled rather than coated and therefore cannot flake off. Care: A damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use chlorine-based cleaners, they can attack even stainless steel. How it is supplied: The holders are delivered in packs, with the quantity given in the title. Signs are usually calculated at four holders per panel, so one pack generally covers several signs. Anyone mounting regularly keeps a stock in house and avoids ordering for each project separately.
