and apply to deliveries within Germany and to EU customers without a VAT ID.
Invoice
We offer payment by invoice to business customers that are incorporated companies registered in the commercial register (excluding Ltd. and UG) — such as limited liability companies (GmbH), limited partnerships (KG) and public limited companies (AG) — as well as to towns and municipalities with their public institutions, authorities and offices, and to established regular customers. Commercial orders require impeccable creditworthiness and unambiguous identification of your company; we therefore reserve the right to switch the selected payment method to payment in advance. This applies in particular to orders from abroad or from an unregistered business. First orders from new private customers are generally accepted only against payment in advance. Please take this into account when choosing your payment method. If you select payment by invoice, you pay for your order by bank transfer after receiving the products.

Cash on delivery
With cash on delivery you pay for your order only when the goods are handed over — to the courier or when you collect the parcel at your post office. Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments are capped in goods value.

Shipping costs within Germany for cut-to-size sheets
- We reserve the right to correct the shipping costs after the order has been placed. You will be informed in advance.
- Several cut-to-size sheets can be combined into one parcel.
- Orders containing both standard articles and cut-to-size sheets are always packed and shipped separately.
- For the parcel size calculation, 10mm per edge is added for packaging material.
- For deliveries in the parcel sizes XL parcel to XL parcel large/long to German islands, an island surcharge of €20.00 is added to the shipping costs.
For XXL parcels (freight forwarder) we charge a surcharge of €130.00.

Special notes for shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland incurs additional costs: customs duties plus the applicable value added tax are payable. We recommend allowing approx. 4-5 working days for delivery, as longer processing times at the responsible customs authorities can delay the shipment.

Delivery outside our shipping area
We do not explicitly offer delivery outside our shipping area. You are welcome to give a shipping address within our delivery areas, or we will contact you after your order arrives so we can find a delivery option together. We exercise our right of retention and ship the goods only once payment has been received.
How we calculate our shipping costs
At VITAdisplays® you order only what you actually need, whenever you need it. While many online suppliers require minimum order quantities, we deliberately define none. We also guarantee you the best possible prices for our products and therefore do not hide our shipping effort inside the product prices. By default our current shipping costs are calculated from the net weight of the products ordered and cover the following cost components:
- break-proof packaging
- transport by a reliable shipping service provider
- fast delivery
Break-proof packaging
Most of our products are fragile goods that can be damaged in transit. That is why packing them takes more effort than other shipments — both in packaging material and in the time needed to pack the goods. In return we spare our customers the trouble and annoyance of advertising displays arriving damaged. For the sake of the environment we also use recycled material wherever possible.
Reliable shipping service provider
To ensure reliable transport of your fragile goods, we have opted for parcel shipping alongside careful packaging including cushioning material.
Shipping to several delivery addresses
Shipping to several different delivery addresses within the duty-free EU is no problem. Please contact our customer service about this. The invoice goes to you alone, by separate post or by e-mail on request.
Partial deliveries when stock is insufficient
Should a product exceptionally not be available in sufficient quantity, we generally offer partial delivery within Germany. Our customer service will get in touch with you about it. The follow-up shipment of the remaining goods is free of charge for you. Partial delivery abroad is not possible.
Articles with free shipping
Some articles are declared free of shipping costs and are left out of the shipping cost calculation. Please note that not all shipping methods and countries are available for them. Articles with free shipping are explicitly marked as such in the shopping cart.
Neutral shipping for resellers
For agencies and resellers we offer neutral shipping to one or more different delivery addresses within the duty-free EU. Please contact our customer service about this. The invoice goes to you alone, by separate post or by e-mail on request.
