Invoice
We offer payment on account to commercial customers as corporations (except Ltd. and UG) registered in the commercial register, such as limited liability companies (GmbH), limited partnerships (KG), stock corporations (AG), cities and municipalities and their public institutions, authorities, offices and regular customers. In the case of commercial orders, a flawless credit rating and clear identification of your company is a prerequisite, therefore we reserve the right to change the selected payment method to payment in advance. This applies in particular to orders from abroad or an unregistered business. Private first-time orders from new customers are generally only accepted by prepayment. We would therefore ask you to take this into account when selecting your payment method. If you choose the payment method invoice, please pay your order by bank transfer after receipt of the ordered products.

Special features of express shipping
For express shipping, in contrast to standard shipping, the shipping costs are calculated according to the volume weight and not according to the net weight. In this respect, the shipping costs stated in the order are subject to change. Especially for larger orders with several parcels and for large-volume products such as loose boxes, the shipping costs may differ. In this case, our customer service will contact you personally. Express delivery with UPS in Germany is carried out as standard on the following working day by 12 noon if you have placed your order with us by 12 noon at the latest. Special features when shipping to Switzerland
When shipping to Switzerland, in contrast to standard shipping, the shipping costs are calculated according to the volume weight and not the net weight. Unfortunately, we have no influence on additional costs incurred for shipping to Switzerland based on customs and country-specific regulations. In addition to customs duties, corresponding value added taxes must be paid. We recommend that you allow for a delivery time of approx. 4-5 working days for your orders, as the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to increased processing time by the responsible customs authorities. Delivery outside our delivery area
We do not explicitly offer delivery outside our delivery area. You are welcome to specify a shipping address to our delivery areas or we will contact you after receipt of your order to jointly find delivery options. We make use of our right of retention and deliver the goods only after receipt of payment.
This is how we calculate our shipping costs
At VITAdisplays® you only order what you actually need at any time. While many online suppliers require minimum order quantities, we do not define any. In addition, we guarantee you the best possible prices on our products and therefore do not hide our shipping costs in our product prices. By default, our current shipping costs are calculated depending on the net weight of the products ordered and include the following cost components::
- a shatterproof packaging
- Transport by a reliable shipping service provider
- A fast delivery
Shatterproof packaging
The majority of our products are fragile goods that can be damaged during transport. For this reason, the amount of packaging required is higher than for other goods shipments â€" this applies to both the amount of packaging material used and the time required to pack the goods. In this way, we save our customers the possible expense and annoyance of advertising displays that arrive damaged. In addition, in the interest of our environment, we strive to use recycled material as much as possible.
Reliable shipping service provider
In order to ensure reliable transport of your fragile goods, we have chosen insured parcel shipping via UPS in addition to a careful packaging method including cushioning materials. Stiftung Warentest certifies that our shipping service provider "handles parcels very well". In addition, we rely on our logistics partner DHL for secure delivery to delivery addresses throughout Europe. We expressly distance ourselves from shipping service providers with questionable working conditions for parcel delivery staff.
Fast delivery
Provided that the selected products are in stock, we will hand over goods ordered before 12 noon to our shipping service provider on the same day. Items ordered after 12 noon will be handed over on the following working day at the latest. The delivery time of UPS and DHL in Germany is approx. 1-2 working days. Experience has shown that the countries Austria and Switzerland in particular are affected by occasional delays in delivery. After we have handed over your order to our shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping notification from us by e-mail. You can use the parcel number stated therein to inform yourself about the current status of the delivery by means of shipment information:
Shipping to multiple delivery addresses
Shipping to several different delivery addresses is possible within the duty-free EU without any problems. Please contact our customer service for this. Only you will receive the invoice by separate post or by e-mail on request.
Partial deliveries in case of insufficient stock
Should a product exceptionally not be available in sufficient quantities, we generally offer you the option of partial delivery in Germany. Our customer service will contact you in this regard. The remaining goods will be sent to you free of charge. Partial delivery abroad is not possible.
Articles free of shipping costs
Some items are declared as free of shipping costs and are not included in the calculation of shipping costs. Please note that not all shipping methods and countries are available for this. Free shipping items are explicitly declared as such in the shopping cart.
Neutral shipping for resellers
For agencies and resellers, we offer neutral shipping to one or more different delivery addresses within the duty-free EU. Please contact our customer service for this. Only you will receive the invoice by separate post or by e-mail on request.
