Two systems, one display: The Maginfo Slim puts the Magnedoor Slim changing frame on a floor structure from the Soistes range. That gives you the tool-free changing mechanism in a place where no wall is available: in the middle of a room, in front of a glass frontage, at a passageway.
Changing a poster: The polycarbonate cover is taken off, the poster swapped, the cover put back. The material does not reflect, is shatter-resistant and keeps its shape even when removed daily.
Why free-standing: A floor display stands where it is needed and moves with the need. In front of the lift while there is work going on there. Beside the entrance while an event runs. A wall frame cannot do that, but then it needs no floor space.
Stability: The structure stands on a base wide enough not to be knocked over in normal use. In areas with children or heavy footfall you should still keep the display out of the main line of travel and set it to one side.
A shelf as an addition: A shelf for two A4 in satin-finish acrylic is available as an option. It turns a plain poster stand into a station where something can be picked up, which lengthens the time people spend in front of it considerably.
Formats: The display comes for A3 and for 700 x 500 millimetres. The larger format reads from several metres away and suits announcements; the smaller belongs where people stop anyway.
Setting up and moving: The display is supplied assembled or goes together in a few steps. To move it, carry it by the frame rather than the cover, otherwise the cover comes away.
Where it belongs: Indoors. Outdoors even light wind acts on the surface, and a poster stand offers the wind almost as much to push against as a sail.
Artwork: Set the poster up at the exact format, without bleed. The printed mount on the frame covers the edge in any case, and extra bleed only shifts the artwork inwards.
Cleaning: A soft damp cloth is enough for the cover. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which leave fine scratches that catch the light and show up worse than fingerprints ever did.
