Standoff for Pre-Assembly dia. 15 x 20 mm in Gold, Pack of 40, for Wall Mounting Indoors and Outdoors

This holder is designed for pre-assembly in the workshop. You fit the panel between sleeve and wall bracket, carry the finished sign to the site and only screw it on there.

This item in detail: This part measures 15 x 20 mm. The weight is 1.4 kg. It is supplied as a pack of 40, with the quantity stated in the title. Check these figures against your installation before ordering, because the parts in a range differ in exactly these points.

Why that saves time: The fiddly part — aligning the panel, setting the holders, fixing everything — happens at the bench instead of on a ladder. On site two steps remain: screw it on and press the cover cap into place.

Material: Brass as the carrier, a nickel-plated sleeve and a stainless steel cover cap. That combination keeps the price down without cutting corners on the visible parts.

Dimensions: dia. 15 x 20 mm — giving a wall gap of 20 mm. Material: Aluminium, gold finish.

How many holders you need: A sign usually takes four holders, one per corner. Narrow portrait formats manage with two, and on large panels from about a metre edge length you should plan an extra holder in the middle of the long side. So 40 pieces fit out around 10 signs.

On mounting: Drill the hole to suit the plug for your wall material — the holders themselves do not dictate a plug size. Plasterboard calls for cavity plugs, concrete takes a standard plug. Align the first holder with a spirit level; after that the sign itself carries the alignment across.

Scope of delivery: You receive 40 pieces. The price shown applies to the whole pack of 40, not to a single item.

The sequence: Holder and sign are assembled, aligned and screwed together in the workshop. On site two steps remain: fix the finished sign to the wall and press on the cover cap. That cuts the time spent on the ladder considerably. How many do I need: Four holders for a rectangular sign, two for narrow portrait formats, plus one in the middle from one metre edge length. Material build-up: Brass as the carrier provides the thread and the strength, the nickel-plated sleeve protects it, and the stainless steel cover cap forms the visible surface. Three materials, each for its job. Care: A damp cloth is enough. Avoid abrasives so the visible surface keeps its even sheen. How it is supplied: The holders come in packs, with the quantity stated in the title. For workshop pre-assembly that is convenient, because several signs are usually prepared at once. You then have material in house for the next job instead of waiting for a delivery.
