A screw system in finished aluminium for front mounting. The holder is fixed to the wall, then you guide the head through the hole in the panel and screw it tight.
This item in detail: This part measures 18 x 18 mm. The weight is 89 grams. It is supplied as a pack of 4, with the quantity stated in the title. Check these figures against your installation before ordering, because the parts in a range differ in exactly these points.
Tamper protection through a left-hand thread: Anyone trying to loosen the head with the usual clockwise turn tightens it instead. That makes the fixing considerably safer against unauthorised removal in public spaces.
A clean look: The surface resists fingerprints, and a side hole additionally allows the head to be screwed down. For company signs, wayfinding and indoor signage.
Dimensions: dia. 18 x 18 mm — giving a wall gap of 18 mm. Material: Aluminium, gold finish.
How many holders you need: A sign usually takes four holders, one per corner. Narrow portrait formats manage with two, and on large panels from about a metre edge length you should plan an extra holder in the middle of the long side. So 4 pieces fit out around 1 signs.
On mounting: Drill the hole to suit the plug for your wall material — the holders themselves do not dictate a plug size. Plasterboard calls for cavity plugs, concrete takes a standard plug. Align the first holder with a spirit level; after that the sign itself carries the alignment across.
Scope of delivery: You receive 4 pieces. The price shown applies to the whole set of 4, not to a single item.
How the protection works: The thread runs against the usual direction. Anyone trying to unscrew the cap in passing actually tightens it. That stops nobody who brings tools and time, but it prevents casual removal in public spaces. How many do I need: Four per sign, two for narrow portrait formats, plus one in the middle from one metre edge length. Additional fixing: The side bore takes a grub screw. Where the sign stays permanently and needs extra security, that gives a second safeguard alongside the thread. Surface and care: The finish resists fingerprints, which cuts cleaning in busy entrance areas. A damp cloth is enough. How it is supplied: The holders come in packs, with the quantity stated in the title. Where signs hang in semi-public spaces, several locations are usually fitted out at once, so a pack pays off. A small stock also helps when a single holder needs replacing after years.
